Diary paper sketch of Emily with her animals. July 1845. The sketch shows Emily sitting in what is now the Children’s Nursery at the Parsonage. Keeper is lying on the floor by her side, and Flossy and a cat are curled up on the bed. This diary paper is believed to be in a private collection somewhere in the USA.
