The Parsonage was officially presented to the Brontë Society and opened to the public as the Brontë Parsonage Museum on this day in 1928.

Wonderful photo, new to me as well! Look at the mob and small wonder. Up to that day one had to be on Parish business or beg to see inside...now one could just walk in . Looks like the parson is welcoming people. Thanks for posting!
