Emily Brontë caught cold during her brother Branwell’s funeral and soon grew very thin and ill. Until the last moment, she said she would have “no poisoning doctor” near her. She is buried in the Church of St. Michael and All Angels family vault, Haworth, West Yorkshire.

I think the important word in the above quote is" believed " CB needed to believe Emily's wanted to live ...though what was true about Emily, CB herself said it's hard to know.
Likely Emily did want to live. However Anne's deep wish to live is much more certain. It's all she talks about in her last letter to Ellen.
