You know you're in @brontecountry when the moor direction signs are also in Japanese!
I have been watching Samurai movies from the 1960's and I can see a connection between these Japanese films and the Brontes books.... in both cases highly emotional people live in a repressive society and eventually the emotions break out in a violent fashtion.
